Does Sclerotherapy really work?

Sclerotherapy done properly by a well trained professional should eliminate spider veins and the results will be long lasting. Other, new veins can appear because vein disease is a progressive condition, but if you seek help from an experienced doctor, your legs will look good for years to come.

Is it beneficial to postpone vein treatment until after childbearing?

There is no medical benefit to delaying treatment until after childbearing. If someone has vein disease prior to pregnancy or as a result of pregnancy, their symptoms will only worsen most of the time. Treating your vein problem prior to pregnancy will help alleviate the symptoms of vein disease such as pain and swelling in the legs.

Is Laser treatment painful?

Most people report only minor soreness during and following the laser procedure. This is typically alleviated with an anti-inflammatory medications.
