Step-by-step Directions

The Midwest Vein Center is located at 14315 S. 108th Street, Suite #114 in Orland Park on the South East corner of 143rd Street and 108th Avenue in the Crystal Professional Center - pink brick buildings.  We are 1.5 miles West of LaGrange Road and East of Wolf Road.

 FROM MIDWAY:
Take Cicero Avenue South to 95th Street. Turn Right (West) onto 95th Street and continue 5.7 miles until you get to 96th Ave (Hwy 45).  Make a left onto 96th Ave. Continue South on 96th Ave 6 miles until you get to 143rd Street. Turn right onto 143rd Street.  Drive 1.5 miles and make a Left onto 108th Ave. Make a left into the first driveway.

FROM THE LOOP:
Lake Shore Drive South to I-55 South.  Exit La Grange Road South (Hwy 45), stay in the middle lane and continue on La Grange Road South. La Grange Rd turns into 96th Ave. Continue South on 96th Ave until you get to 143rd Street (8.5 miles). Turn right onto 143rd Street.  Drive 1.5 miles and make a Left onto 108th Ave. Make a left into the first driveway.

FROM JOLIET:
I-80 East to the La Grange Road North (Hwy 45) exit.  Go North on La Grange until you reach 143rd Street (5.2 miles).  Turn Left onto 143rd Street and travel West 1.5 miles.  Make a Left onto 108th Ave. Make a left into the first driveway.

FROM INDIANA & POINTS EAST:
I-80 West to La Grange Road North (Hwy 45) exit. Go North on La Grange until you reach 143rd Street (5.2 miles).  Turn Left onto 143rd Street and travel West 1.5 miles.  Make a Left onto 108th Ave.

FROM WESTERN SUBURBS:
I-355 South to I-55 North. Exit La Grange Road South (Hwy 45), stay in the middle lane and continue on La Grange Road South. La Grange Road turns into 96th Ave. Continue South on 96th Ave until you get to 143rd Street (8.5 miles). Turn right onto 143rd Street.  Drive 1.5 miles and make a Left onto 108th Ave. Make a left into the first driveway.
