Step-by-step Directions

The Midwest Vein Center is located at 2001 Butterfield Road in the Esplanade Business Complex which is near the intersection of I-355 and Butterfield Road.  Adjacent to our building is Carlucci’s Restaurant and the Doubletree Guest Suites Hotel and Conference Center.  Once you are near Butterfield and I-355, just look up in the sky for the tallest building with the Green Roof.  The main entrance is on the East Side and our Suite #100 is just off of the main lobby.

From Chicago Center: Take the Eisenhower (I-290) West, which becomes I-88 West after you cross I-294.  Continue West on I-88 for about 5.5 miles and you will see a sign for the Highland Avenue Exit (DO NOT GET OFF).  After passing Highland Avenue, bear to the right and in about 1 mile, take the exit to I-355 North.  Continue to bear right and take the first exit off I-355, which is Butterfield Road and then follow the “When on Butterfield” directions below.

From Chicago – North of O’Hare Airport: Take I-294 South to I-88. Take I-88 West towards Aurora for about 5.2 miles and you will a sign for the Highland Avenue Exit (do NOT get off). After passing Highland Avenue, bear to the right and after about 1 mile, take the exit to I-355 North.  Continue to bear right and take the first exit off I-355, which is Butterfield Road and then follow the “When on Butterfield” directions below.

From the Western Suburbs: Take I-88 East to I-355 North.  After you are on I-355, stay in the right lane because the first exit on your right will be Butterfield.  Get off at this exit and follow the “When on Butterfield” directions below.

From the Southwest Suburbs: Take I-55 North toward Chicago.  Exit at I-355 North.  Then get off at the Butterfield Exit and follow the “When on Butterfield” directions below. 

When on Butterfield:
At the end of the Butterfield Exit Ramp, go LEFT off of the exit ramp and go West for about ¼ mile.  At the 3rd traffic light turn LEFT (South) on Woodcreek/Lloyd Ave.  You will immediately find a fork in the road and you should bear LEFT, then take the 2nd RIGHT turn onto Esplanade Drive.  Continue straight ahead into the covered parking garage, or turn right once more to get to the circle drive and outside parking.

From the Northwest Suburbs: Take I-53 / I-355 South, Look for the Exit that says “I-88 East” and get in that lane, but get off at the Butterfield Exit.  At the end of the Butterfield Exit Ramp, go RIGHT off of the ramp and continue West on Butterfield for about ¼ mile.  At the 2nd traffic light turn LEFT (South) on Woodcreek/Lloyd Ave.  You will immediately find a fork in the road and you should bear LEFT, then take the 2nd RIGHT turn and either continue straight ahead into the covered parking garage, or turn right once more to get to the circle drive and outside parking.

Getting into the Building and Finding our Office:

• If you Parked Outside: Enter the main entrance in the front of the building, right off the circle drive.  Once in the Lobby, walk across the “bridge” over the “pond”, and the Midwest Vein Center will be Straight Ahead.

• If you Enter the Parking Garage: Bear to the right, then look to your right for a stair well and an entrance to the building.  Once you enter the building, take the elevators near the entrance to the ★1 level and make your way to the main lobby. There you will find the Midwest Vein Center in Suite #100, straight ahead and to your left.
